A scary scene at the Ottawa Bluefest earlier today as a severe storm caused the festival’s main stage to collapse. According to the Toronto Sun, and as you can see in the video posted above, a strong gust of wind blew the stage backwards some 20 minutes into Cheap Trick’s set. The festival grounds were quickly evacuated and the remaining events, including Death Cab For Cutie’s headlining performance, were canceled.
Update: According to CTV, one person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, while another suffered “severe injuries.”
