UK-born, French-based actress turned Beck’s best friend, Charlotte Gainsbourg, will be a busy indie-pop star in the coming months. As Pitchfork reports, Gainsbourg has two new releases due out in the coming months. The first, an EP titled Terrible Angels, arrives September 6th via Because Music/Elektra. Included are two leftovers from last year’s Beck-produced IRM, a live cover of Bob Dylan’s “Just Like a Woman”, and two music videos. Then, two months later on November 8th, Gainsbourg will release a new double album called Stage Whisper. A tracklist is still forthcoming, but the collection includes 18 tracks of live and unreleased material.
