It wasnt even a month ago that J. Cole wrapped an extensive slew of dates with fiery songstress Rihanna. The young Roc Nation signee must have never heard the phrase road weary before, because even after that and in the midst of his Any Given Sunday series, Cole has revealed plans to headline his massive Cole World…World Tour.
Things will kick off for the North Carolina rapper in Canada with a string of dates from August 23rd through early September. Hell traverse the States beginning September 10th in Orlando and ending in New York a whopping 28 days later (Danny Boyle would approve). UK will see a lot (a lot) of love come Halloween night when he joins Tinie Tempah on the British MCs arena tour. Cole will headline some UK venues himself before the rest of Europe gets a taste, Sweden and his birthplace Germany getting the biggest helpings.
All of this is mighty impressive considering the mans debut record, Cole World: The Sideline Story, wont even be on shelves when he hits the road (psst: it drops September 27th). No word yet on if the tour will be as star-studded as RiRis Loud Tour, but well keep you updated. Check out the complete schedule for the Cole World…World Tour below, along with a stream for “Work Out”, the lead single off The Sideline Story.
