Ever play something like Second Life or seen the Adult Swim show, Xavier: Renegade Angel and wanted to dig a little deeper? Perhaps create something from scratch? Lucy Georges did exactly that with her short film, Post Mortimer. It was made using a DIY animation tool called Moviestorm. Basically, it gives you the ability to make entire films with a huge field of stabilizability in a raw 3D-looking style. You can see the best of the community’s work here. But first, check out Georges’ movie where a protagonist named Mortimer wakes up in a strange room after a fatal accident and learns what really exists on the other side.
