Ray Davies announces first leg of fall tour

There’s been a good deal of back and forth about a Kinks reunion, and the last we’ve really seen from the band was a string of reissues earlier this summer. That seems to be all we’ll get from them, too, as frontman Ray Davies just revealed what promises to be his “first set” of U.S. solo tour dates for the fall.

Davies will head out the night before Halloween to take part in New Orleans’ Voodoo Experience just prior to stretching his legs on the road. November sees him traversing the eastern section of the country from Atlanta to Boston, so those of you west of Wisconsin will have to wait to see what the second leg looks like.

The complete schedule as it stands now can viewed below. Over here you can also check out the reworked song “Till the End of the Day” from Ray Davies’ recent collaborative effort, See My Friends, performed with The 88 on Fallon.
