About a week ago, Cluster 1 posted a fresh style of animation that was found in Post Mortimer. It was made using a DIY animation tool called Moviestorm. Basically, it gives you the ability to make entire films with a huge field of stabilizability in a raw 3D-looking style, ala Second Life. After seeing the above footage, it looks like this a growing trend with lots of room for experimentation and improvisation. The plot may seem simple, as a town sheriff interviews a lone witness in the Wild West. But the animation makes everything fresh and there’s an excellent twist at the end.
