“Acid” starts off inside a mirrorball and things just get spacier from there. Directed by Robert H. Burns II, the YAWN video is basically all things psychedelia. There’s inverted colors, a trip through a rainbow wormhole, paintings of a boy growing into a man, and the glowing eyes of the band members. Quintessentially trippy.
YAWN’s debut album, Open Season, is due for release on August 30th. Soon after, they’ll embark on tour, opening for Mates of State this fall.
