As Mastodon‘s upcoming fifth album The Hunter readies its approach for later this month, the band have revealed another sneak peek in a brand new song. Following “Black Tongue” and “Curl Of The Burl”, “Spectrelight” is another punishing number of heavy, menacing metal we’ve come to expect from the Georgia four-piece. Plus, even those who don’t like the song can turn on, tune in, and drop out to the trippy accompanying visuals. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
The Hunter is in stores September 27th via Reprise Records.
