Underground hip-hop aficionado Murs is taking to the airwaves and to the streets this fall, with the release of a collaborative album with producer Ski Beatz, Love & Rockets, Volume 1: The Transformation, and the corresponding ‘Hip Hop and Love Tour’. Due for release on October 11th via Bluroc/DD172, the album was recorded in upstate New York at Camp BluRoc, owned by co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records and all around hip hop tycoon, Damon Dash. A tracklist is still forthcoming, but you can check out a video teaser below.
The ensuing tour will take place from September 27th to November 26th, and the clean cut Murs will be supported by Tabi Bonney, the aforementioned Ski Beatz, McKenzie Eddy, Da$h, and Sean O’Connell.
