When New Orleans jazz sensation Trombone Shorty went into the studio to record the the ultra-sexy single “Do To Me”, the up-and-coming trombonist solidified the track with soaring guitar riffs courtesy of legendary U.K. guitarist Jeff Beck. Now, the track has drawn the skills of another U.K. talent, this time as a mid-tempo, electro remix delivered by Manchester’s Star Slinger (aka Darren Williams). Star Slinger has readied the track for the dance floor by toning down the guitar riffs of his fellow Briton, and infusing Shorty’s trombone runs with electro-synth ”swooshes” and tech breaks.
