As expected, Drake‘s insanely solid sophomore album, Take Care, tops this week’s Billboard Top 200 Album Charts, after moving some 631,000 copies in its debut week
For context’s sake, Take Care is third biggest opening week for a new album in 2011, behind Lady Gaga’s Born This Way (1.1 mil.) and his life coach Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV (964,000). Drake also improved on sales of his 2010 debut, Thank Me Later, by nearly 220,000 copies.
