Almost a decade after his last string of appearances, Noel Gallagher brought his High Flying Birds to Late Night with David Letterman last night for the group’s U.S. TV debut, where they performed ”If I Had A Gun”. Wearing his finest leather jacket and rocking the best apathetic-yet-emotionally-deep face he could muster, Gallagher led the band through a performance that was eerily reminiscent in scope and feel to any old Oasis show.
