Breaking away from the long-standing hip-hop tendency of perpetual tardiness, The Roots have delivered their second mini-video for undun right on schedule. Following the violent and disturbing clip for “Make My”, the crew has unveiled a heartbreaking look at inner city life with “Tip The Scale”. The album version of the “Tip The Scale” features fellow Philadelphia native Dice Raw, who made several cameo’s on last years How I Got Over.
