Eleanor Friedberger, AKA one half of The Fiery Furnaces, has announced new tour dates in support of her folky solo debut, Last Summer. If our own Summer Dunsmore’s recent glowing review of Friedberger’s live show wasn’t convincing enough, maybe the singer’s tour-mates will be. Her first six dates will come as part of the live tour for the IFC TV show Portlandia (they really d0 have the coolest friends), while Brooklyn’s Hospitality will join her after South by Southwest for the remainder of the stops.
