As previously reported, Holy Fuck’s Brian Borcherdt and producer Leon Taheny have formed Dusted, and they’ll release their debut LP, Total Dust, on July 10th via Polyvinyl/Hand Drawn Dracula. You’ve already heard the lead single, “(Into The) Atmosphere”, and now, the band is back with another taste, “Pale Light”. After the single’s lilting folk– a far cry from Borcherdt’s other four-letter work– this track is darker and more introspective, unwinding violin threads in cavernous spaces that echo Taheny’s work with Final Fantasy.
