Turns out So won’t be the only Peter Gabriel release to be revisited in 2012. Prior to the upcoming 25th anniversary tour and deluxe reissue of his landmark album, the former Genesis frontman will release a restored, HD version of his Grammy-winning 1994 concert film, Secret World Live, on DVD and Blu-ray on July 24th.
Shot over two nights in November 1993 in Modena, Italy, the film documents Gabriel’s Secret World Live tour in support of his album, Us. This version will feature a previously unreleased performance of “Red Rain” as well as footage of his intricate stage show and a featurette on the making of the original film
