More details for Beck-inspired Philip Glass remix compilation

As previously reported, Beck and producer Hector Castillo have assembled an all-star remix compilation in celebration of composer Philip Glass’ 75th birthday. Now, more details have been revealed: the two-disc set is called Rework: Philip Glass Remixed, and will hit stores on October 23rd via Orange Mountain Music/Ernest Jenning/The Kora Records.

The 12-track effort features contributions from Beck himself, Dan Deacon, Amon Tobin, Memory Tapes, Tyondai Braxton, Pantha du Prince, and more. Check out the full tracklist below, followed by Glass’ 2009 performance of his “Glassworks” piece.
