Following Lollapalooza’s lead, both South by Southwest and Ultra Music Festival have let loose their 2013 dates as we bake in the heat of summer 2012.
Austin’s SXSW will run March 8th-17th, with the music portion taking place between the 12th and 17th. Early registration for music, film, and interactive is ongoing via the festival’s website.
A week later (March 22nd-24th), the Miami-based Ultra Music Festival will celebrate its 15th anniversary with over 200 artists and DJs playing across 12 stages. A venue has not been announced, but the 2012 edition took place in Bayfront Park after the festival left its longtime home of Bicentennial Park. Ticketing information is also forthcoming.
