Dave Sitek returned the favor Trent Reznor recently paid him and remixed How to destroy angels_’s latest single “Keep it together” (via Wired). The TV on the Radio guitarist and now label head of Federal Prism adds a few twists and turns to the already distorted track and the end result is pretty chaotic. As he told Wired, he considers himself “lucky to be asked,” and calls this remix of “drug music” his “chance to be pushed through the veins and swarm the heart.” Try and extrapolate whatever the hell that means by streaming it below.
How to destroy angels_‘ s forthcoming An omen_ EP surfaces November 13th via Columbia Records. The band’s full-length studio debut will follow next year.
