R.I.P. Capital Steez of Pro Era

19-year-old rapper Jamal Dewar, aka Capital Steez, has apparently died. According to fellow Pro Era member Joey Bada$$, Dewar passed away late last night.

Bada$$ wrote on Twitter, “This unfortunate xmas eve.. Lost a best friend, a brother, a pro, a partner. Letting go is never easy.. May ur soul rest in peace Jamal..”

Dewar’s cause of death is unknown. However, as Nah Right points out, Dewar’s final tweet read, “The end.”

News of Dewar’s death comes just three days after he and Pro Era released their new mixtape.
