Google has announced plans to for a streaming music service that will compete with existing services like Spotify, Pandora and Rdio. Today at the company’s I/O keynote speech, they unveiled Google Play Music All Access.
The service will allow users to stream millions of songs on their web browser, mobile phone, and tablets. Other features include curated radio stations and personalized music recommendations based on listening history.
All Access is priced at $9.99 a month following a 30-day free trial. (If you sign up before June 30th, you’ll pay only $7.99 a month.) It will be available today in the U.S. and will roll out in additional countries soon.
