The preliminary lineup for CMJ Music Marathon 2013 has been revealed. Notable performers include The Dismemberment Plan, Savages, Real Estate, Fuck Buttons, Speedy Ortiz, Kevin Drew, Helio Sequence, Menomena, Eleanor Friedberger, Hunters, Glasser, Yamantaka // Sonic Titan, Godflesh, P.O.S., Dan Croll, Pelican, and Jacco Gardner.
Also playing are Saul Williams, Lee Fields & The Expressions, The Neighbourhood, Quadron, Obits, Big Black Delta, Half Moon Run, Shigeto, TEEN, Pictureplane, The Long Winters, Chrome Sparks, Dusted, Dulogue, Ratking, Royal Bangs, U.S. Girls, The History of Apple Pie, Marijuana Deathsquads, Ex-Cult, and Cloak Ox, among others.
CMJ takes place October 15th – 19th in New York City. Additional lineup announcements will be made in the coming weeks. In all, more than 1,00 acts will perform across 80 venues over the five-day festival. The will also be a variety of panels.
