Dr. Dog are to head on the road next month in support of their recent album B-Room, and now they’ve added a whole host of new dates spanning the first quarter of 2014. The lively indie pop troupe will be cutting across the States hitting all the major markets from January into March. They’re bringing along a few good up-and-coming bands to serve as support, including Merge Records’ recent signing Saint Rich.
