With a new single on the way, a new album can’t be too far behind, right? Right. According to both Billboard and Rolling Stone, Bruce Springsteen will return with a new album early next year, with Billboard adding that it could arrive as soon as January. It’ll serve as the follow-up to 2012’s Wrecking Ball.
The album’s lead single, “High Hopes”, is due to arrive Monday, November 25th, though it leaked prematurely onto the Internet on Tuesday. As Rolling Stone notes, it features Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello on guitar. (Morello previously toured with Springsteen and the E Street Band in Australia last Summer.)
