Eminem’s childhood home catches on fire

Eminem’s childhood home in Detroit, the one that covers both The Marshall Mathers LP and its sequel and which recently went for sale on eBay, caught on fire Thursday afternoon. According to the Detroit Free Press, flames were coming out of a second floor window when firefighters arrived at the scene a little after 6pm. The fire was quickly extinguished, but not before it damaged portions of the second floor.
