ShowYouSuck is a rising Chicago emcee with a knack for inventive and sometimes downright funny rhymes, once penning a Hershel-referencing track called “Watching Walking Dead”. Following a series of mixtapes and standalone singles, he’ll finally issue his proper debut EP Dude Bro later this month.
This week, he previews the release with a flashy new cut titled “Make-Out King”. Featuring the neon-painted brassy synths of Javelin’s own “Judgement Nite”, alongside the production of fellow Chi-town natives and mash-up maestros The Hood Internet, it’s a swinging party jam that’ll have you singing, “Gettin’ freaky on Friday”, like it’s your new mantra. Dude Bro is due out November 26th via Closed Sessions. It includes production from Mike Jaxx, Peter Cottondale, and J. Arthur, as well as a collaboration with P.O.S.
