Today, Norwegian producer Todd Terje has released a new 12-inch via Olsen Records, reportedly the last before his debut LP next March. Though it only features two songs, lead single “Spiral” and B-side “Q”, it’s 22 minutes of radiant, sparkling nu-disco, not unlike his stunning and expansive “Strandbar”. From the thumping, effervescent synths to the various hypnotic spells of percussion, the collection’s fit for retro club nights or simply those long holiday car rides across vast, snow-covered, Scandinavian-type landscapes.
