A public memorial for Lou Reed will be held on Thursday, November 14th at Lincoln Center in New York City. Taking place at Paul Milstein Pool and Terrace from 1 – 4pm, it’s “a gathering open to the public – no speeches. no live performances, just Lou’s voice, guitar music & songs – playing the recordings selected by his family and friends,” according to his Facebook page.
