Bruce Springsteen accidentally pulled a Beyoncé, released new album early

Springsteen High Hopes

Bruce Springsteen’s new album High Hopes doesn’t officially arrive until January 14th, but for a few hours yesterday, it appeared he had pulled a Beyoncé. As Rolling Stone points out, the album was temporarily available for purchase via Amazon’s mobile store before someone realized the apparent error and removed the listing.

Spanning 12 tracks, Springsteen’s 18th studio album to date features a mix of original material, covers, and reworked versions of past songs. Below, listen to the lead single/title track, featuring Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello.
