On February 3rd, British dance-pop artist Katy B returns with her sophomore album, Little Red, via Rinse/Columbia. The LP follows 2011’s On a Mission and last year’s Danger EP, and includes singles “Crying For No Reason”, “5am”, and “I Like You”.
Before the big release day, however, she takes a trip through a winter wonderland on her cover of the seasonal classic “Sleigh Ride”, made famous by The Ronettes. Recorded during DJ Rob da Bank’s BBC Radio 1 Christmas Party, it finds Katy B swapping her club-ready outfits for some holly, jolly spirits. Listen to her gleeful rendition below (via Pitchfork).
