Scottish post-rockers Mogwai return on January 28th, 2014 with their eighth studio album, Rave Tapes. Already we’ve previewed the 10-track effort with “Remurdered”. Now, check out its psychedelic closing track, the very funereal and stormy “The Lord is Out of Control”.
In the accompanying video, directed by Antony Crook, the glitchy electronic textures soundtrack the mysterious story of a dance instructor, who shares less with Arthur Murray and more with, say, Buffalo Bill. You’ll never trust your kids alone at the gymnasium ever again. Watch below.
