Beyoncé has let loose another video from her new visual album. We’ve already seen the corresponding clips for “Drunk in Love” and “XO”; now check out “Grown Woman”.

Directed by Jake Nava (“Crazy in Love” and “Single Ladies”), it features recreations of old home movies, including practice sessions from the pre-Destiny’s Child group Girl’s Tyme with Kelly Rowland and Queen Bey pulling off a surprisingly convincing 16-year-old girl. If all that’s too meta for your liking, it all builds into one massive dance routine that’s bound to make for even more amazing GIFs. Watch the video now over at Pepsi.com.

As we noted on Monday, Beyoncé’s album sold 828,773 copies worldwide in its first three days of release. Now, as Billboard reports, the album’s officially broken the 1 million sales mark to debut atop the Billboard 200 chart. With that accomplishment, Beyoncé has become the first woman to hit No. 1 with her first five studio albums. In fact, she’s only the third act in the chart’s 77-plus-year history to do so, following DMX and The Kingston Trio.
