This weekend marks the return of two massive radio concerts: KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas in Los Angeles and Live 105’s Not So Silent Night in Oakland. Both events span two days, are headlined by Arcade Fire, Queens of the Stone Age, and Kings of Leon, and will be streamed live online. So, if you miss Arcade Fire’s Friday night set at Not So Silent Night, you can catch their Sunday night set at Almost Acoustic Christmas. Or, watch them both! Who am we to tell you what to do.
Also scheduled to appear at both concerts are Arctic Monkeys, Lorde, Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, and AFI. Almost Acoustic Christmas also offers Foals, Cage the Elephant, and Portugal. the Man, while Not So Silent Night will stream a performance from Alt-J.
