Jack Name is the latest project from John Webster Johns, a Los Angeles musician, studio wizard, and touring guitarist for White Fence. Johns’ will reveal his 12-track Jack Name debut, Light Show, on January 21st through Drag City imprint God? Records.
We’ve heard its rambunctious lead single, “Pure Terror”; now comes a sizzling rocker titled “Born To Lose”. With guitars tangled in heat and reverb and vocals as blistering, barely audible squawks, the track’ll leave you sweating well before the three-minute mark. Listen in below.
