Last fall, Perfect Pussy turned heads with the blistering punk of their demo tape, I Have Lost All Desire For Feeling, which included lead single and sludgy tale of betrayal “I”. Now, the Syracuse outfit are prepping their proper debut album, Say Yes To Love, due out March 18th via Captured Tracks. The image above is the LP’s official artwork. (Ha! A faux-Warner Bros. logo. While the title might imply Perfect Pussy’s gone soft, album opener “Driver” definitively proves otherwise. Two minutes of pounding, relentless raucous, the track’s one heck of a bumpy ride. With its barrage of blown-out guitars and concussive drums, consider yourself lucky if you don’t walk away with whiplash or a burst eardrum. Buckle your seat belts and tune in below.
