Hipster beer PBR is throwing a hipster music festival in Portland, and all your favorite hipster bands are playing

An event I’m shocked has taken this long to happen, preeminent hipster beer Pabst Blue Ribbon is holding a music festival featuring a whole bunch of hipster bands in the hipster capital of the world. According to Oregon Live, the first annual Project Pabst will take place in venues across Portland during the weekend of September 26th – 28th. The lineup is headed by Modest Mouse, Guided By Voices, Tears For Fears, and GZA, who will be performing his seminal album Liquid Swords in full.

Also slated to play the festival: Phosphorescent, Violent Femmes, Shabazz Palaces, Constantines, Rocket From the Crypt, Speedy Ortiz, Menomona, The Thermals, Surfer Blood, Lord Huron, Red Fang, High on Fire, Craft Spells, Deap Vally, Small Black, and more.

Single-day and weekend passes are now available through the festival’s website.
