Doppelgängers Will Ferrell and Chad Smith “settle the score” at Seattle benefit concert

In May, after years of being confused for one another, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith and actor Will Ferrell squared off in a drum battle on The Tonight Show. While Ferrell proved the evening’s winner, thanks in part to his surprise usage of a cowbell, it seems the doppelgängers’ feud didn’t end there. Last night, Smith looked to “settle the score once and for all” by making a surprise appearance at Ferrell’s annual charity event Cancer For College in Seattle.

Below, watch Smith and Ferrell, along with Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready, Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan, Dave Matthews Band’s Stefan Lessard, and singer Brandi Carlile, perform a cover of The Rolling Stones’ Honky Tonk Women”. They performed under the moniker “I Pissed My Pants” — sorry, Win, but that’s 100x better than Pop All Star Band.
