On October 28th, shoegaze outfit Medicine will release Home Everywhere, their second album since reuniting after an 18-year hiatus. Already we’ve heard the peppy lead singly “Turning”; now, the band has shared “Move Along – Down The Road”.
Though surging with just as much energy as its predecessor, “Move Along” beats to a different drummer entirely. Here, a distinct air of swirling psychedelic rock pushes the barrage of fuzzy guitars and ethereal harmonies up into the stratosphere, whirling ever closer into one mighty and magnificent burn-out. Equal parts head rush and sugar high, it’s hard not to get swept into the band’s realm of noisiness and pop frivolity.

Home Everywhere follows To the Happy Few, which was released last August.
