Angel Haze premieres inspiring new song “Impossible” — listen

Detroit-born MC is back and better than ever

Ever since the release of her debut album, 2013’s Dirty Gold, and impressive “30 Gold” cover series, the Detroit-born rapper Angel Haze has been exuding tremendous confidence. Much of the assertiveness can likely be attributed to her more well-rounded approach to her music, which now sees her singing as well as doling out bars. Her 2015 standalone tracks “Gxmes” and “Candlxs” both showcased Haze’s fresh Renaissance Woman style.

Now, she’s back at it again with “Impossible”, her latest single and one heck of a stirring anthem. “There is nothin’ that can hold me down,” Haze declares over harsh, industrial noise without even an iota of hesitation. Prior to the song’s unveiling, the CoSigned MC wrote on Twitter that she is “rapping better than everyone,” and that she “doesn’t need to be modest anymore. that was boring. i really am better than niggas.” Judging by the new tune, she just might be right.

“Impossible” is reportedly off a forthcoming project, due out later this year.
