The Dead Weather previously said they would not tour behind their new album Dodge and Burn. However, fans will have at least one opportunity to see the band perform live thanks to Stephen Colbert.

Jack WhiteAlison MosshartDean Fertita, and Jack Lawrence will make their first live appearance together in five years on the Monday, September 14th episode of Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Of course, White and Colbert go way back; White appeared on several episodes of The Colbert Report, and Colbert released a single through White’s own Third Man Records. Aside from being The Dead Weather’s first performance in a half decade, it’ll also mark White’s return to the stage since announcing an extended hiatus in April.

Other musical guests set to appear on Colbert during the show’s first two week include Kendrick Lamar (Sept. 9th), Willie Nelson (Sept. 16th), and a collaboration between Run the Jewels and TV on the Radio (Sept. 15th).
