Titus Andronicus frontman Patrick Stickles is among the best songwriters working today, consistently crafting personal-as-hell epics covering the full gamut of his embattled psyche — such was the case on the band’s latest LP, The Most Lamentable Tragedy. However, he’s also proven himself to be quite the cover song extraordinaire, having previously taken on songs from Lana Del Rey, Icona Pop, The Replacements, and They Might Be Giants.
