One of the hottest fall tours of the year has Yo La Tengo reuniting with former guitarist Dave Schramm for an intimate string of acoustic dates. As a quartet, they’ve been supporting their recent album Stuff Like That There, which also featured Schramm. Though there are still a few more stops left on the trek, the band has now announced their return as a three-piece (Ira Kaplan, Georgia Hubley, and James McNew) with a new stretch of 2016 headlining shows.
The band won’t be waiting long before returning to the road in the new year, with the new itinerary starting up in late January. From there, it will be a few sporadic stretches through February and March before they stick it out for a six-date run in April.
