Since releasing their last album Gimme Some five years ago, the members of Peter Bjorn and John have kept busy with their own various projects. John Eriksson contributed to Wild Nothing’s latest effort, Life of Pause; meanwhile, Peter Morén dropped his solo LP Pyramiden toward the end of 2012.
This year, however, Peter Bjorn and John are reconvening for a brand new album. Dubbed Breakin’ Point, it’s due out on June 10th through INGRID, the collective label they started with fellow Swedes like Miike Snow and Lykke Li. The long-awaited record features production from a handful of big names, including Paul Epworth (Paul McCartney, Florence and the Machine), Greg Kurstin (Adele, Beck), and Emile Haynie (ASAP Rocky, Lana Del Rey).
