Run the Jewels are currently hard at work on the follow-up to 2014’s smash RTJ2. While the duo’s offered no clues on its release date, this week hungry fans (like yours truly) can momentarily be satiated with “Saks Fifth”, a previously unreleased track from Killer Mike.
Appearing on DJ Scream’s new Legend mixtape, the song finds the Atlanta MC reflecting on what it’s like to take his lady shopping at the famed department store to purchase Prada goods. As Stereogum points out, it’s likely a track dug up from the dusty archives as Killer Mike references his old group Grind Time Rap Gang.
