Lush forced to postpone US tour dates, Coachella appearance due to visa issues

On the bright side: check out footage from their London concert, their first gig in 20 years

Earlier this year, Lush announced their first North American tour in two decades, an April trek that included an appearance at Coachella. However, due to visa issues, the recently reunited English rockers have been forced to not only postpone two of their West Coast concerts, but also scrap weekend one of Coachella.

Lush were originally scheduled to perform at the Warfield in San Francisco on April 14th; that’s since been moved to April 24th. Meanwhile, their West Hollywood gig at the Roxy Theatre, which was supposed to take place on April 17th, has been pushed to April 25th. The band maintains they’ll be able to play Coachella’s second weekend, which begins April 23rd.

Along with older cuts like “For Love” and “Hypocrite”, they played “Out of Control”, off their forthcoming Blind Spot EP, due out April 22nd.
