Paul McCartney and Krist Novoselic perform “Helter Skelter” in Seattle — watch

Sirvana members reunite on stage

During his concert in Seattle last night, Sir Paul McCartney reunited with “Sirvana” bandmate Krist Novoselic for a special collaborative performance. The pair rocked out to The White Album classic “Helter Skelter” while trippy effects were projected on a screen behind them.

McCartney has played with the surviving members of Nirvana a number of times in the past, including on Saturday Night Live back in December 2012.

Macca’s One On One Tour continues in Vancouver tomorrow night. The North American trek previously saw him perform “A Hard Day’s Night” and “Love Me Do” for the first time in 50 years.
