Harry Styles has emerged as the frontrunner to play Mick Jagger in the forthcoming Rolling Stones biopic Exile On Main Street: A Season In Hell With The Rolling Stones, as NME reports. The film is based on Robert Greenfield’s book of the same name and will be directed by Downton Abbey’s Andy Goddard. Though filming has yet to begin, the film is currently scheduled for release this winter.

Before Rolling Stones fans blow a gasket at the thought of a One Direction member playing their beloved Jagger, hold up. Whatever you think of the modern boy-band landscape, Styles is a charismatic performer who will also be appearing in the forthcoming Christopher Nolan war movie Dunkirk, due out in 2017. Dude also looks a lot like a young Jagger, though he’ll have to seriously up his drug intake to convincingly play the part (just kidding, Harry, please don’t do that).

No word yet on One Direction’s rumored Rolling Stones covers album, Exile on Zayn Street.
