It’s madness at San Diego’s Comic-Con, at least for Warner Bros. and DC Films. Already, we’ve seen our first look at Wonder Woman and now they’ve dropped the first teaser trailer for their next juggernaut, Zack Synder’s Justice League.
Let’s not forget that the film’s still shooting and not due until November of next year. Nevertheless, the studio wants to ensure everyone’s still on board, especially in light of the polarizing reception towards Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Soundtracked by The White Stripes’ “Icky Thump”, the nearly three-minute trailer shows new looks of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, and Ray Fischer as Cyborg.
What’s perhaps most obvious about the clip is that there’s a poppy cadence to the proceedings, as if someone walked into the conference rooms over at Warner Bros. and screamed, “Come on guys! Let’s have some fucking fun, already!”
Perhaps that someone was … America? Just watch above and try to remember that the Justice League will be uniting come November 17th, 2017. Then again, it’s not like everyone and their mother won’t be reminding you.
