Black Hippy, the hip-hop collective composed of Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, and Jay Rock, have reconvened for a new remix of ScHoolboy’s “THat Part”. It marks the crew’s first collaboration in almost a year following last September’s “Vice City”.

Here, the four Top Dawg Entertainment rappers take turns sharing time in the spotlight. “And society kept my IQ vexed, deny me from an Ivy school/ Applyin’ me to the street I slept, I quietly had to hold this tool/ Reminding me of the block I repped,” King Kendrick can be heard flowing over the track’s foreboding production following a Jay Z name-drop.

For his part, Jay Rock references DMX: “So we thuggin’ like DMX, bleed shit, PMS/ Point blank, period, meet me on the ES/ I’m fully with the BS, believe that!”
