A million dollars isn’t cool, you know what’s cool? Starring in a Woody Allen film.
Or, maybe not. Nevertheless, it’s still pretty wild that we live in a world where Dwyane Wade is going to play in Chicago and Justin Timberlake is going to star in a Woody Allen film. What the hell is going on? Are we all fucked to Hell? Maybe.
As per tradition, the anxious filmmaker is already planning ahead for his follow-up to Café Society, which hit theaters July 22nd. We don’t know what it’s about, but Kate Winslet will lead the cast, topping co-stars James Belushi and Juno Temple.
So, let’s round that up: Kate Winslet, Justin Timberlake, Juno Temple, and honorary Blues Brother James “Jim” Belushi will all appear in a film directed and written by Woody Allen. To quote the auteur, “What if everything is an illusion and nothing exists?”
Eh, we can do without the punchline.
